The
SIM Card editor was implemented for diagnostic purposes and for
the test of several non public functions of SIM Cards. It is
intended for use by professionals only, who are perfectly familiar
with the contents of the GSM specification 11.11.
Please be aware that the use of write commands and
commands such as lock file and unlock file will damage or destroy
a SIM card if not properly used. You must only use the functions
if you are authorized to do so and if you are familiar with
the proper use of the functions.
Any
liability for damages to SIM cards by the manufacturer or vendor
of this product are explicitly ruled out.

With
this option you have total control of the SIM card, care must be taken
when using this option as you may easily destroy your SIM card by writing
the wrong data to the card.
The Drop Down Menu allows you to specify any file of the SIM-Card. By selecting
a new file, a read command to the specified file is automatically performed.
The fields file info and access rights contain
specific data about the selected file. More detailed information about this
topic can be found in the GSM specification 11.11.
The edit field displays the actual data of the selected file. Data can be directly
modified and written to the card using the Card - write file command.
Advanced
User Edition allows viewing and editing of all system parameters supported
by the SIM Card. (Some of the parameters cannot be edited as they are
hard programmed into the SIM card)
